Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

casa del parque surpassed our expectations during our celebratory anniversary stay. we loved the stunning, spacious private room with a cozy living room feel. the communal areas were great, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. highly recommended for short or long stays.

Internet upstairs didn't work.

The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects - from transportation to recommending restaurants. The variety of rooms to choose from was great. The location was also key - close to bus terminals and train stations. Another advantage was the beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests.

The bathroom situation was less than ideal. There was only one shower for a large number of guests, resulting in a queue.

One staff member, Roger, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even helped me with my groceries. The hostel also had great security measures with two locked gates, which gave me peace of mind as a solo female traveler. I highly recommend this hostel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
